Too many fathers find themselves disconnected from their children—not by choice, but by circumstances. Whether due to conflict, misunderstandings, or past mistakes, these gaps in connection can grow deeper over time.

 

Bridging Back Dads is a compassionate outreach program by The Co-Parenting Hub, designed to help fathers who have not seen their children in a while take the first step toward re-connection in a safe, neutral environment.

We work directly with both parents to promote healing, understanding, and a plan forward that supports the best interest of the child.

 

How It Works :

  • Private Intake: Dads complete a confidential intake form explaining their situation and goals.

  • Outreach to Mom: Our trained team gently reaches out to the child’s mother with empathy and care—not pressure—to invite her to a facilitated conversation.

  • Facilitated Meeting: Both parents meet at The Co-Parenting Hub in a neutral setting for a structured conversation to explore next steps.

  • Visitation Plan: If both parties agree, we help create a reintroduction or co-parenting schedule that supports the child.

  • Ongoing Support: Optional supervised visits, coaching, and mediation sessions are available to build trust and consistency.

Who This Program Is For:

Bridging Back Dads is open to fathers who:

  • Fathers who have had limited or no contact with their child

  • Are not currently the custodial parent

  • Have a desire to reconnect with their child(ren)

  • Are willing to participate in a peaceful, child-centered process

  • Dads who are ready to show up, even if it’s hard

  • Dads who want to create a safe, child-centered path forward
